  • Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture to authenticate you and manage your account.
  • GitHub Data: We access your GitHub repositories, pull requests, and code diffs only when you explicitly grant us permission and trigger a review.
  • Code Content: We temporarily process code snippets and diffs from your pull requests to generate AI reviews.
  • Usage Data: We collect anonymous metrics on how you use the Service to improve performance and user experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To generate AI-based code reviews and suggestions.
  • To communicate with you about your account and service updates.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse of the Service.

4. Data Retention and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Code snippets processed for review are not permanently stored on our servers after the review is generated. Metadata about reviews (e.g., timestamp, repository name) may be retained for service history.

5. Third-Party Services

We share data with trusted third-party service providers solely to operate the Service:

  • Supabase: For authentication and database hosting.
  • GitHub API: To fetch code and post reviews.
  • AI Providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google): To process code and generate review comments. Data shared with AI providers is not used for training their models.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can revoke our access to your GitHub account at any time via your GitHub settings. To request full account deletion, please contact us at support@codebilli.com.

We use essential cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
